Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Visha Skincare, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our formulations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for orders placed directly through vishaskincare.com.
  • Products must be unused or gently used (trial amount only) and returned in original packaging.
  • Products that are more than lightly used, significantly depleted, or empty are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#):

    • Please include your name, order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  2. Ship your return within 14 days of receiving your RA# to:

  3. Include:
    • Your RA#
    • A copy of your order confirmation

Additional Terms

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured method, as Visha Skincare is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund approval.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Promotional Items

If your order included a gift with purchase, the gift must be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • If multiple payment methods were used, refunds will be applied first to any gift card balance, then to the secondary payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10–14 business days for processing once your return is received.

Important Notes

  • Returns without an authorized RA# will not be accepted.
  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined and either returned to the customer at their expense or discarded.
  • Due to the nature of skincare products, individual outcomes may vary based on skin type and usage.

International Orders

We currently accept returns only within the continental United States. Orders shipped outside the U.S. are considered final sale.
